Can I access my domain address with or without the "www"?
Yes, you will be able to access the domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or [http://your-name.com] is acceptable, whichever you prefer.
How do I use FTP?
The easiest way to transfer files to your site is to use a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) utility. Often, FTP clients are bundled with your Internet service provider package. Your FTP username and password will be sent to you in your email. After you connect to the FTP server, you can directly access the directory containing your files by entering the File Manager. You'll be able to see the files in your directory, as well as edit them, delete them, rename them, and more.

Why don't any of the changes show up on my site?
First, make sure that you save the file in order to see any changes. You should see the changes when you click the "View" link next to the file name in your File Manager.
If you don't see the changes to your file when you access your web page, hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard while clicking the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on your browser toolbar. This will completely reload your page and should show any changes you made.
How do I upload files from my own computer?

Why am I unable to connect to the FTP server?
This may due to a line disruption. We request you to please try again at your convenience. Please also check the username and password you are using. They should valid and are case sensitive.
When can I start hosting my site?
If your domain name linked to your hosting package is available and we've received your payment, your account will be activated within 24-48 hours. Your username and password will be mailed to you along with the link to access and host your own website.
Are the sites on Windows and Linux different?

Linux hosted sites also support PHP and Perl while Windows hosted sites can support ASP, ASP.NET, PHP and Active Perl.
If I have a domain with You, can we still take email services and web hosting from another service provider?
Yes, you can. We give you complete flexibility to pick and choose your services. However we don't really see why you would do that.
Do you support CGI, PERL, XML, ASP?
Yes we do support all of the above.
Where does one upload the site i.e. in which subdirectory?
Once you login, you can upload your site under the Mainsite HTML folder under the Home directory on the Linux server, or you could create subfolders under the same 'and wwwroot' or web root on the Windows server.
What is the version of the OS you are using on your servers?
The OS for Windows is Windows 2008 Enterprise and for Linux it's Linux Red Hat Release Enterprise edition.
